1. Definitions

1. "Provider", "We", "Us", "Our" means the Pagematics company who You Are Contracting With, Notices, Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
2. "You" or "Your" or "Client" means the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting this Agreement, and Affiliates of that company or entity.
3. "Service" or "Services" means the products and services that are ordered by You and made available online by us.

This Privacy Policy also governs the manner in which Pagematics collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.pagematics.com website ("Site") or its product websites or affiliate websites. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Pagematics.

   By using the AlertBuddies app, you acknowledge and agree that triggering the SOS feature will automatically share your real-time location with your designated buddies. This sharing is essential for the app’s emergency assistance functionality.

2. Purpose of Location Sharing

   The location shared during an SOS alert is intended solely to provide timely assistance and ensure your safety. Your buddies will receive precise location data to respond effectively to the emergency.

3. User Responsibility

   Ensure that your listed buddies are individuals you trust, as they will have access to your location during an SOS event.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

   The app does not share your location data with unauthorized parties. Location data is used exclusively for emergency services and is not stored beyond the time required to facilitate the SOS feature.

5. Changes to Terms

   The terms related to location sharing during SOS may be updated. Continued use of the SOS feature indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
